Meadow View Apartments are a 3-story apartment complex overlooking the beautiful Village of Bellaire. Apartments are for seniors 55 and up, that are capable of independent living. Each apartment can accommodate one or two persons.

Meadow View is owned by Antrim County and operated by Meadow Brook Medical Care Facility.

Lease Terms

  • 12 month leases
  • $500 security deposit ($450 refundable upon move out inspection, $50 non-refundable administrative fees)
  • No pets
